The entire hotel was fairly clean. the room was well soundproofed and clean. - Convenient and great location in the middle of the city made it easy to get to key attractions. - the staff were kind and offered guidance.

The quadruple room had all necessary amenities. The setting was good, near to public transport and the center of aix.

I stayed 1 night and would come back for sure when visiting France. the hotel was a useful base for enjoying a fairly quiet area, right by the center. - Truly enjoyed the room with a "working" bathroom. - My bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The staff here are extremely friendly, the building and rooms are new, and the bathroom is in good working condition.

Such a delightful experience! The room was a mess, the sheets were dirty, and the breakfast was awful. But hey, at least I got to bring some bedbugs home with me! What a souvenir!

Convenient location with ample parking. Good sized clean rooms. Helpful staff when available. We had extra pillows upon request. Simple check-in process with the machine using confirmation code. Microwave near the front desk for easy access.

Dirty rooms with dust and hair. Bed sheets not properly changed and cigarette hole present.

The room was mind-blowingly clean and comfortable, with free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. We were pleasantly surprised by the ample free parking and the lift. The staff were super helpful, and we were thrilled to find that pets were allowed. The air conditioning in the non-smoking rooms made our stay even more enjoyable.
